Hinsdale Little League is a competitive community baseball program that includes both recreational and travel baseball players. Each year, the different age groups face off against each other for a fun, but rivalrous season, culminating in a playoff series where the winning team is awarded a coveted "green hat". Dillon has won an impressive 5 out of 6 green hats; the most in program history.
One of the premier travel baseball programs in the Chicago suburbs, Dillon's DBC teams have competed at the AAA level since 9U. Competing in the WSBL and tournament circuit, his teams over the years experienced significant success:

During his time with DBC, Dillon slashed .517/.601/.882 and as a pitcher over 148.1 innings compiled an ERA of 2.93 with 291 strikeouts. And, as a standout catcher, he threw out 49 runners and picked off another 9 for a CS% of 17.8%.
Each year, Hinsdale Little League participates in the 10U, 11U, and 12U divisions to compete for both the District and Illinois State Championships. Dillon was selected to be part of the 10U-12U All-Star District teams. Those teams won three straight District titles and three straight State titles without losing a game during that stretc

The first 11U player to be asked to play with a 12U team in 2023, Dillon has excelled as part of these championship runs. Slashing .554/.634/.782, he also was the winning pitcher for all three District and all three State Championship games. During that three year stretch, he pitched 52.2 innings, giving up 1 ER and striking out 107 for a 0.13 ERA. The 2024 Hinsdale State Championship team went on to win the Great Lakes Regional championship and make it to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.

Cooperstown, NY has always been synonymous with baseball. A destination for anyone who is a true baseball fan, the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournaments have become one of the most competitive travel baseball tournaments in the country. Almost like "baseball camp", teams from all over the country come to Cooperstown for a week of competition and bonding. Staying in barracks, competing in skills competitions, and playing 11 games in 6 days makes for an incredible youth baseball experience. In Week 2 of CASV's summer schedule, Dillon's 12U Devils Baseball Club Black Team travelled across the country to play some of the toughest teams in the country; from Phoenix, Houston, San Diego, Sacramento, and Fort Lauderdale, The Devils 12U Black team won the team relay skills contest, and then went 10-1 to capture the 55 team tournament Championship. The first team from Illinois to ever win the tournament, It was a stretch of baseball that the boys, and their parents, will never forget.
Voted captain by his teammates, Dillon had an exceptional week in Cooperstown to help his team win the CASV Week 2 Tournament. Batting from the 3 hole, Dillon lead his team in Hits, Total bases, RBI's and Home Runs (6). On the mound, he went 2-0, pitching 10 innings and gave up only 4ER while striking out 21 and ended the week with a 2.62 ERA. Called in to close out the final 2 outs of the Championship game, Dillon struck out their top 2 hitters to end the game. From his catchers position, he had an outstanding week as he threw out 3-9 steal attempts for an impressive 33% CS average. More importantly, the bunk house, the mess hall, and the time with his buddies gave him an incredible week of lifetime memories.
